1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the CVPrime website, application and freelancer work portal. By registering, logging in or using CVPrime, you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable project-specific rules.
The portal is intended only for users who are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Users under 18 years of age must not create or operate an account.
2. Intellectual Property
Except for content you lawfully own or submit, the CVPrime name, platform design, software, workflow, documentation and other protected materials are owned by or licensed to the CVPrime operating entity.
3. Use Restrictions
- Do not republish, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit protected platform material without authorization.
- Do not use CVPrime in a way that damages, overloads or disrupts the service or another user's access.
- Do not use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unauthorized activity.
- Do not scrape or extract platform data except where the assigned workflow permits it.
- Do not share login credentials or allow another person to perform work through your account.
- Do not copy, retain, share or reuse candidate/resume data outside assigned CVPrime work.
4. Your Content & Account Information
Any information or documents you submit must be accurate, lawful and must not infringe third-party rights. You allow CVPrime to store and process submitted information as reasonably necessary for account administration, verification, support and project delivery.
5. No Warranties
The website and portal are provided on an “as available” basis. CVPrime does not guarantee continuous availability of work, fixed earnings, uninterrupted operation, fixed payout timing or error-free access at all times.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVPrime and its officers, employees and service partners will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special loss arising from portal interruption, project unavailability, rejected work, user error or unauthorized account use.
7. Termination
CVPrime may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, misuse of data, security concerns, inaccurate information, repeated quality issues, project closure or other valid operational reasons.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify CVPrime against reasonable claims, losses, costs or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the platform, misuse of assigned data or violation of third-party rights.
9. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. General Terms for Portal Work
- All submitted work is subject to internal quality review before it is treated as payout-eligible.
- Payout eligibility depends on acceptance under applicable project and quality rules.
- Temporary server downtime, maintenance or technical interruption may delay task access or review timelines.
- A typical project may require a minimum of 300 and a maximum of 700 resumes in a defined 7-day cycle; the active portal assignment will take precedence.
- The project may apply a minimum reviewed accuracy threshold of 50% for normal eligibility.
- Candidate or resume data must be used only for the assigned portal task and must not be copied or reused elsewhere.
- Where a rework or deadline-extension option is offered, the applicable charge and extension period must be shown before activation.
11. Accuracy & Payout Slab
If CVPrime uses the same accuracy-based commercial model as the CVFlex reference, the following payout slab can be used:

12. Variation of Terms
CVPrime may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, security or project changes. The latest published version will apply from its stated effective date.
13. Assignment
CVPrime may assign or subcontract rights and operational obligations where permitted by law. Users may not transfer their account, assignment or obligations without written authorization.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, project-specific rules, onboarding declarations and accepted portal notices, form the agreement governing your use of CVPrime.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Unless final company documents specify otherwise, these Terms may be governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gujarat having appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
